The harsh climate of high temperatures and heavy rainfall further increased the difficulty of the construction. Facing complex geological conditions, the technicians carried out targeted debugging and optimization of the FSL500 drilling rig. Utilizing its advanced compressed air reverse circulation drilling technology, they effectively solved the problem of poor rock debris discharge and improved drilling efficiency. For the instability of the sand layer, a special casing protection process was adopted, precisely controlling the mud weight and drilling speed to successfully avoid well wall collapse accidents. To overcome the impact of harsh construction environments, the project team carefully planned the equipment transportation route, pre-stored materials, and built stable rainproof and sun protection facilities to ensure the safety of equipment and personnel. In the hot environment, they arranged construction time reasonably and adopted a shift system to ensure the health and efficiency of the construction personnel. After continuous efforts, the FSL500 drilling equipment finally successfully penetrated the complex strata and detected high-quality water sources underground. Clear water gushed out, marking the successful completion of this drilling project. This achievement significantly improved the water supply situation for local residents, ending their long history of water shortage, and injected new vitality into the local economy and social stability. The successful application of the Shandong Zhengyuan FSL500 drilling equipment in the DRC demonstrates its outstanding performance and reliability, and provides valuable practical experience for solving global water shortage problems.
