Shandong Zhengyuan SC600S: 600-meter fully hydraulic top drive drilling rig. Powerful power suitable for various working

Power System: Equipped with a Cummins 132-kilowatt six-cylinder direct injection engine, it offers powerful performance and can meet the demands of various complex working conditions. A Pumpoek gear pump is adopted, and a piston pump can also be optionally installed to provide stable hydraulic power for all the actions of the drilling rig. The power head uses a Danfoss rotary motor, which is reliable in performance. Performance parameters: The overall lifting capacity is 37 tons, the maximum torque is 15000/7500 Newton-meters, the expansion range is 105-450 millimeters, and the recommended drill pipe model is 102/114/127 drill pipe, with a maximum drilling depth of 600 meters. The main winch lifting force is 3 tons, and a hydraulic impact valve can be upgraded for more effortless operation. The overall machine weight is 26 tons. The machine structure is compact, facilitating transportation and on-site movement. Function features: This drilling rig is a top drive fully hydraulic drilling rig. All actions such as lifting of the drilling frame, unloading of the drill pipe, rotation and feed, leg support, winch, and movement are realized by the hydraulic system. The rotational speed and torque parameters of the drilling rig can be adjusted at any time to meet the requirements of different drilling tools and construction techniques. It has multiple drilling processes, such as submerged drilling and continuous air reverse circulation drilling, and can be equipped with mud pump, foam pump and other supporting devices according to user needs, with strong adaptability. Structural design: The universality of some components improves the maintenance convenience and cost performance of the equipment. The drilling rig can also be equipped with the side swing function of the front leg of the hydraulic support legs and the hydraulic impact valve, further enhancing the flexibility of operation and construction efficiency.
