The Shandong Zhengyuan SL400S is a high-efficiency and multi-functional crawler water well drilling rig, mainly used for drilling water wells, monitoring wells and geothermal air conditioning wells. It is equipped with a 92-kilowatt engine and has the capability to drill to a maximum depth of 400 meters and a diameter of 105 to 325 millimeters. It also features a 22-ton lifting capacity and a maximum rotary torque of 8,000 Newton-meters. The whole machine weighs 9.4 tons and has dimensions of 6.2 meters by 1.85 meters by 2.55 meters. This drilling rig supports various drilling techniques such as down-the-hole drilling and through-the-hole air reverse circulation drilling. It can be equipped with a mud pump and a foam pump, and is fully hydraulically controlled. Actions such as drill frame lifting and drill pipe connection and disconnection are flexible and convenient. It is also equipped with a drill pipe elevator, a hydraulic wrench and a hoisting winch to enhance work efficiency. Moreover, it features a crawler self-propelled structure (with an option for rubber-embedded steel track plates) and four hydraulic jacks, enabling convenient movement and quick leveling in different working conditions.
